Sixty-Fifth Day of School

In Writing, we have been working on informational pieces. So far, we have brainstormed possible topics of interest and expertise. Next we chose a topic and then planned our writing. Then we drafted our ideas. We have begun to classify our ideas into possible chapters for a book.

To give you an idea of the process, our class writing is organized as follows:

• School Safety
• Never run inside.
• Don't push others.
• Car Safety
• Always wear a seatbelt.
• Cross the street with an adult.
• Pool Safety
• Never run near a pool.
• Make sure an adult is watching you while you swim.
